As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our portfolio of 14 sites located between Milton Keynes and Birmingham.
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of catering services across our diverse portfolio of sites. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service quality, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be educated to degree level with at least 5 years’ experience in a large corporate contract catering business. Your knowledge and passion for food and customer service, together with your exceptional communication skills and leadership qualities, make you a perfect fit for this role.
