A leading housing association in Greater London is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Manager to oversee fire safety contracts ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. This role requires significant experience in managing high-value contracts and delivering customer-focused services. The successful candidate will drive service improvements and maintain financial oversight, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Contracts and Compliance Manager - Fire
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Ealing office base with hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
DBS check required: Basic
We are looking for a Contracts and Compliance Manager – Fire to join our dedicated Property Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and oversight of fire safety servicing, maintenance, testing, and remediation contracts across the A2Dominion property portfolio, ensuring full compliance with statutory obligations and the highest standards of customer safety.
