Qualifications

Quality Manager – South Region

Role located in the South Region (Excludes Kent, Essex & London). Competitive salary, company car eligibility and 10% management bonus.

About The Role

You will be a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region.

Partner with the Regional Director to give care home managers the support needed to deliver excellent customer service, high quality standards and strong leadership.

Coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes as agreed by Operational Management.

Monitor all aspects of service in homes, analysing and using quality metrics, conducting audits and liaising with the Operational Quality team.

Develop focused service improvement plans with the quality team and Home Manager, identifying actions, ownership and timescales.

What Are We Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Home Manager or Quality role.
  • Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge base.
  • Experience in leading audits (internal & external) and creating action plans.
  • Adaptability to work across different care homes with varying requirements.
  • Experience coaching teams around clinical concerns and analysing data trends/themes.
