Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a skilled CCTV Rig Manager/Supervisor for a dynamic role in drainage surveying. You will oversee a team conducting surveys, manage operations, and ensure accurate diagnostics of drainage systems. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the sector, strong leadership skills, and relevant certifications. This position offers competitive pay, with rates ranging between £45k - 54k annually, and the opportunity to work in various environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in CCTV drainage surveying or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS card and OS19X qualification are required.

We’re currently looking for a skilled and proactive CCTV Rig Manager or supervisor to lead a two-person team conducting CCTV drainage surveys across a variety of environments. This is a vital role ensuring accurate diagnostics of drainage systems and the delivery of actionable remediation insights.
As CCTV Rig Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing CCTV drainage surveys, managing drain cleansing operations, analysing pipe conditions, and producing professional-grade reports. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

- Hands-on and comfortable in a field-based role with varying site conditions.
- A confident leader who can work independently and manage a small team.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in CCTV drainage surveying or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card
- OS19X qualification
- OS23X qualification
- City & Guilds Chapter 8 (Signing, Lighting, and Guarding)
- Familiarity with Minicam equipment and Wincan software (desirable).
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and general IT systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Decisive problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Respectful and courteous with the public and clients.
- Willingness to work away from home Monday to Friday (day or night shifts).
- Ability to manage and maintain equipment and vehicles effectively.
Day Shift : £165.00
Night Shift : £214.00
Shifts will vary week to week so over the year the avialble salary will be inbetween
£45k - 54k.
