CCTV Rig Manager / Supervisor – Drainage - Permanent Job

Join a dynamic team delivering high-quality drainage survey solutions.

We’re currently looking for a skilled and proactive CCTV Rig Manager or supervisor to lead a two-person team conducting CCTV drainage surveys across a variety of environments. This is a vital role ensuring accurate diagnostics of drainage systems and the delivery of actionable remediation insights.

Role Overview

As CCTV Rig Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing CCTV drainage surveys, managing drain cleansing operations, analysing pipe conditions, and producing professional-grade reports. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in CCTV drainage surveying or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

Required Certifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card
• OS19X qualification

Desirable but not essential :

• OS23X qualification
• City & Guilds Chapter 8 (Signing, Lighting, and Guarding)

Technical & IT Skills

• Familiarity with Minicam equipment and Wincan software (desirable).
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and general IT systems.

Rates of Pay (per shift)

Day Shift : £165.00

Night Shift : £214.00

Shifts will vary week to week so over the year the avialble salary will be inbetween

£45k - 54k.
