A healthcare provider in Dover seeks a Registered Manager to oversee Dual Residential Services for individuals with complex needs. The candidate must have management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care sector and be passionate about providing high-quality care while supporting a dedicated team. Management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector is an essential requirement for this role. The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate experience in supporting complex individuals who have additional challenges, and an ability to promote a positive outcome‑focused ethos within a service.
