- Assist on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases and leases
- Draft and negotiate contracts and ancillary documentation
- Review property titles and leases, preparing detailed client reports
- Support on development agreements and property management matters
- Act for a diverse client base including developers, investors, corporates and HNW individuals
- Maintain regular client contact, delivering clear and pragmatic advice
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm on complex matters
- Support business development initiatives and client relationship building
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the overall teams development
- Scottish Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years PQE
- Experience handling commercial property matters
