Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees.
  • Supervise and mentor payroll staff, fostering professional development.
  • Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage payroll software and system upgrades and lead automation and digitisation initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Resolve complex payroll queries and support employee relations.
  • Support strategic planning and reward policy alignment.
  • Lead on payroll transformation and change management projects.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation
Experience with multi-site or high-volume payroll
CIPP qualification or equivalent
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
