A not-for-profit housing association in Doncaster is seeking two Scheme Managers to manage the day-to-day operations of housing schemes. This role requires a commitment to supporting elderly and vulnerable residents while ensuring compliance and safety in communal areas. Scheme Manager
Queen Elizabeth Court and Gresley Road, Doncaster
£23,682 - £24,415 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We are looking for two Scheme Manager to join our Housing team which consists of Housing Officers and Scheme Managers. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme ensuring there are no risks to the residents or assets in the scheme. The role offers an onsite presence and encourages residents who are either elderly or vulnerable to live as independently as possible.
We are looking for two enthusiastic, hardworking individuals, who puts the resident first and can work independently using processes to ensure the scheme is well managed and run efficiently.
