Role Description:

The Openshift Lead Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and technology projects within the financial services sector. This role requires strategic leadership, strong governance, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a large portfolio. The individual will ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical standards.

Must have Openshift

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, from feasibility through implementation.
  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to financial services regulations and internal standards.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Oversee budget planning, cost control, and vendor management for high-value programs.
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking across the portfolio.
  • Ensure production of high-quality documentation, including recovery runbooks and architectural designs.

Essential Experience & Skills:
