A leading provider of indoor activities is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong project management skills, and a passion for innovative marketing strategies. This role offers a salary of £35-40k DOE, mainly office-based in Bristol, with a focus on creating inclusive work environments.
AirHop is one of the UK’s leading operators of indoor trampoline and adventure parks, offering high-energy entertainment for all ages. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Bristol, AirHop has grown to include 28 parks across the UK, with additional locations in Germany and the Nordics.
Each AirHop venue features a wide range of attractions including interconnected trampolines, foam pits, wipeout zones, slam dunk courts, obstacle courses, and augmented reality trampolines.
AirHop caters to birthday parties, school trips, team-building events, and group bookings, and is known for its vibrant, inclusive atmosphere and commitment to fun, safety, and innovation.
As Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll take the lead in developing and executing strategic campaigns that align with AirHop’s business objectives and resonate with their target audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce engaging, on-brand content and marketing collateral, while conducting market research and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy. Your role will involve managing campaign performance, analysing key metrics, and delivering actionable insights to optimise results. You’ll also guide and support the in-house creative team and marketing coordinator, liaise with external agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution, and leverage digital channels - including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and more - to maximise reach and engagement.
A salary of £35-40k DOE plus benefits. This role will be mainly office based (near Cribbs Causeway, North Bristol).
