Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled Assistant General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. With an eclectic mix of properties and new openings to suit your personality and style, this really is an exciting time to join a people focused and progressive operations led business.

Located in the leafy Hampstead Village, this local gastro pub boasts an impressive dining room and bar with a fringe theatre above. Our menu changes weekly and is focused on great produce and classic cooking. We are looking for a guest focused Deputy manager to join the team and drive the business forward.

The Role

• As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
• Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
