As an Assistant Store Manager, we are looking for:

A well-rounded and commercially minded retail manager who is proactive and able to work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager: Assist with the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring costs are controlled within targets
• Drive Sales: Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying growth opportunities
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets while leading by example
• Deputise for the Manager: Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations
