A leading footwear retailer in Chelmsford is seeking a motivated Store Manager to oversee store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail management, strong customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Responsibilities include managing stock, analyzing sales data, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This is a really exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to join a successful, international retail brand.
The salary for this role is £33,500 + £3,000 London Weighting + the potential to earn monthly commission and annual bonuses.
Already demonstrating a superior level of performance within their own store, the successful candidate will have the right mix of managerial and technical aptitudes in order to drive performance.
You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail setting. You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a people person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.
