Job summary
A leading financial consultancy is seeking a Senior Manager to build knowledge infrastructures around pension risk transfer. The role requires collaboration, coaching junior staff, and managing relationships to develop the company brand. An essential requirement is being a UK qualified actuary with a solid track record in project delivery. The position is based in London with a permanent contract.

- Build internal knowledge around insurer research and client reporting.
- Identify opportunities through internal networks.

- Manage pension risk transfer transactions.

Education
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for effective collaboration within teams, supervising the work of junior staff, providing coaching and development to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements.

- Creating sales and marketing materials, building a quality pipeline, and leading presentations to win new business.
- UK qualified actuary.
- Proven track record of project managing and hands-on delivery of pension risk transfer transactions.
- Detailed knowledge of how pension risk transfer interacts with funding, investment, and accounting, and an ability to drive and oversee data readiness.
