Job summary

A leading actuarial services firm in Dorking is seeking a dynamic Head of Actuarial Reporting to lead their actuarial reporting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering actuarial results across Solvency II and US/UK GAAP, while managing a team and presenting to senior forums. Requires a qualified life actuary with over 8 years PQE and proven leadership skills. This position offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• This is a very high-impact role, responsible for delivering actuarial results across Solvency II and US/UK GAAP, and for driving capital forecasting and dividend planning
• You will act as a key voice in senior forums, regularly presenting to Board, Audit and Risk committees, working closely with our US Financial reporting team and external auditors.
• You'll lead a team of 3-4 direct reports, with wider leadership responsibility across a team of around 10.
