Job description

The Role

Working closely with the investor and management team, the Chair will:

• Provide strong board leadership and governance
• Support the execution of the growth plan
• Leverage networks to open new commercial opportunities and partnerships
• Invest personally, ensuring alignment with the private equity partner and management
• Representing the business in critical stakeholder relationships
• Commitment: typically one day per month in board-level activity, with additional involvement during special projects

The Individual

We are seeking an accomplished leader with:

• Significant board-level experience (Chair, Vice Chair, or Senior Independent Director)
• Direct or closely related sector experience (essential)
• A background in private equity-backed businesses (preferred)
• A demonstrable track record of driving growth and transformation.
