A leading manufacturer of paper consumables is seeking a Raw Materials Coordinator to ensure an efficient supply of raw materials. The candidate should have warehouse experience and be licensed to operate FLT equipment. Competency in Microsoft Office and SAP is also required. The position offers weekly pay and various benefits including training opportunities.

Salary: £15.17 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
We are currently recruiting a Raw Materials Coordinator for one of the UK's leading manufacturers of paper consumables. The ideal candidate will need to have experience working within a warehouse or similar environment and be competent using Excel internal systems.

- Operate FLT equipment to ensure the safe unloading of raw material goods
- Guarantee the supply of raw materials to the production teams to ensure the continuous manufacturing of our products
- Hold accountability for the rotation of the raw materials in the warehouse ensuring compliance with governing bodies
- Arrange for samples of raw materials for quality control consistently as per the group procedure
- Produce the correct labels for stock within the warehouse
- Ensure the correct paperwork is produced and filed correctly in accordance with guidelines
- Lead the Raw Material Warehouse Operators in their daily activities
- Adhere to all company policies
- Stock control and management
- Liaise with the planning department regarding production schedules to ensure the raw materials are within stock
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using the SAP system
- Experience working within a warehouse or similar environment is required
- Counterbalance/Reach FLT license
- Demonstrable experience using computers including Microsoft Office and SAP
