A reputable mental health charity is seeking a Counsellor Coordinator to oversee a low-cost counselling service in Barnet. This role involves providing counselling, managing trainees and volunteers, and promoting mental health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a recognised counselling qualification and experience in managing mental health services. Flexible working hours and development opportunities are available.

Counsellor Coordinator
Location: The post will be based in Barnet, but will be required to work off-site, remotely and any of EACH’s offices based on the needs of the service
Salary: Salary scale £32,625 – £34,820 per annum (inclusive of Outer London Weighting) for FTE (37.5hours). £18,270 – £19,500 pro-rata for 21 hours/week.
Hours: 21 Hours per week
Qualifications: Recognised counselling qualification and registration with appropriate professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP).
Contract: Subject to continuous funding and performance.

This Counsellor Coordinator role will coordinate a low-cost counselling service in Barnet which support adults experiencing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, domestic abuse, and/or substance use.
This role combines counselling delivery with service coordination, outreach, and volunteer management.
