Job Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will be able to:
- Handle a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Conduct title investigations and prepare legal documents for property transactions.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:
- At least 2 years PQE in Residential Property
- Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
