Fantastic opportunity to join this niche£multi-billion international PLC group and deal with top quality work on behalf of household companies & insurer clients. The head office is based in Bristol, however, this role can be offered on a fully remote basis. This role is at the Associate level, and emphasis is placed on experience, rather than qualification level. So, they will consider both qualified & non-qualified lawyers for this role.
As a Property Litigation Associate, you’ll be handling a wide range of property litigation matters, including property damage, trespass and nuisance issues. You will be expected to deal with matters from inception to trial, as well as resolve cases via mediation and other forms of ADR, with experience of property-specific litigation being a distinct advantage.
The team consists of 20+ lawyers, with a mixture of remote workers and office-based workers. This practice has a very strong training & support scheme in place, so there will be an opportunity to develop your skills into more complex areas of property litigation and opportunities for progression to Senior Associate & Principal Associate.
