You will be expected to deal with matters from inception to trial, as well as resolve cases via mediation and other forms of ADR, with experience of property-specific litigation being a distinct advantage.

The team consists of 20+ lawyers, with a mixture of remote workers and office-based workers. This practice has a very strong training & support scheme in place, so there will be an opportunity to develop your skills into more complex areas of property litigation and opportunities for progression to Senior Associate & Principal Associate.
