Our client, a top-tier law firm with a strong national reputation, is seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organized Transactional Legal Assistant to contribute to business-critical legal operations. You’ll be supporting attorneys in fast-paced transactional matters that shape industries and support high-stakes deals.

• One remote workday each week after 90 days in the role

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
• Manage new matter intake, including conflict checks and engagement letters
• Coordinate legal closings, prepare binders, and maintain document systems
• Support scheduling, meetings, and calendar management for transactional deadlines
• Conduct online research and public records reviews
• Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys
• Mentor junior support specialists and collaborate within a firm-wide team

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Transactional law support experience strongly preferred
• Experience with NetDocs, Elite, or ChromeRiver a plus
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills within a legal setting
• Self-motivated with excellent time management in high-stakes environments
