An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Lending & Advisory department of a Top 200 national law firm based in Guildford. Offering a salary of £45,000-£48,000, this role provides exposure to high-quality transactional work within a supportive and progressive team.
Assist with a range of lending matters, including purchases, sales, refinancing, and property finance transactions.
Draft and review documentation, manage your own caseload under supervision, and maintain excellent client communication.
Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and contribute to the department's continued growth and success.
Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with some experience or strong interest in lending, real estate finance, or commercial property work.
Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
