A local authority organization is seeking a Locum Debt Recovery Lawyer to provide legal advice and manage a variety of Debt Recovery cases. This full-time position offers an hourly rate of £40-45 and is predominantly remote with occasional court attendance. Ideal candidates should be qualified lawyers with experience in Debt Recovery and local authority legal work.
Position: Locum Debt Recovery Lawyer
Organisation: Home Counties based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months initial contract with the likelihood of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working – attending court/office on occasion
Hourly Rate: £40-45 per hour Umbrella
Skill level: Qualified Lawyer (Solicitors, Barristers and Newly Qualified Solicitors)
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a Local Authority with a strong working knowledge and experience of Debt Recovery matters.
