• Assist solicitors in preparing and managing property litigation cases.
• Draft documents, correspondence, and case summaries.
• Conduct research to support case preparation and decision-making.

• Ensure that case files are maintained and organised accurately.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.

A successful Property Litigation Paralegal should have:

• A degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
