Our highly respected client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal

Client Details

A leading firm

Description
  • Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters under supervision.

  • Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, leases, transfer documents, and completion statements.

  • Conduct title checks, property searches, and review search results.

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.

  • Deal with pre-exchange, exchange, and post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies, and deadlines.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to conveyancing files, including file opening and closing procedures.

  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.

  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
