Location: Penallta House / Home working / Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements. Team: Planning Land and Highways. We pay an attractive salary of £28,598 - £31,022 and offer access to training and development opportunities. We are seeking to appoint a paralegal to work within the Planning, Land & Highways Division within Legal Services. The successful candidate will support the preparation and administration of all matters by contributing to the delivery of an efficient and effective service as part of the team by dealing with emails, mail, arranging, accepting meetings and telephone calls. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring systems in use to achieve the best possible standards of service delivery. You will act as a point of contact between client service departments, Solicitors, Welsh Government any other statutory bodies, and members of the public. You will provide support to the team in all aspects of work involved in various land related transactions including conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters, easements, boundary queries, encroachments.
