Job summary
A leading legal services provider is seeking a Paralegal for a 12-month contract in Basildon. The role involves collaborating with the Legal Office to support projects, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with laws. Candidates should have a law degree or relevant paralegal experience, along with strong communication and analytical skills. The position offers a rate starting at £29.59 per hour, with a hybrid working model requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Qualifications
- Understanding of regulatory framework of a UK bank.
- Ability to identify legal risk and approaches to mitigate risk.
- Ability to work under pressure against deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys to develop legal advice for management.
- Support core business and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
