Conveyancing Solicitor - Swindon

We are instructed by a warm and friendly Wiltshire-based firm seeking a conveyancing solicitor to join their busy conveyancing team in Swindon.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work, and transfers of equity.
2. Demonstrating good technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing.
