Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal seeking a new challenge? A reputable, multi-accredited law firm with over two centuries of heritage in Sheffield is looking for a motivated Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing department.

About the Role
  • Support fee earners with a broad caseload of residential property transactions
  • Deal with client enquiries, provide updates, and take instructions
  • Progress and manage transactions under supervision
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, and other legal documents as required
  • Assist with the exchange of contracts, financial statements, SDLT submissions, and certificates of title for advance funds
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar residential conveyancing position
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures
  • Outstanding client care and communication abilities
  • Professional approach to liaising with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, mortgage lenders, and other legal stakeholders
