Job summary
A distinguished legal services provider in the UK seeks an experienced Locum Housing Solicitor to manage a claimant caseload remotely. The role is for an initial 3-month period with a strong potential for extension. Successful candidates must be qualified Solicitors, adept at providing tenant advice and conducting file reviews. This flexible position considers both full and part-time applicants and will offer a negotiable hourly rate, outside IR35.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be a qualified Solicitor.
- Experience in housing law is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a claimant caseload.
- Provide advice to tenants.
- Conduct file reviews and answer technical queries.

Education
We are looking for an experienced Locum Housing Solicitor to join one of our distinguished clients in the North of England for an initial period of 3 months with the strong possibility of an extension.
The client is prepared to consider both full or part time applicants, and the successful candidate will be working on a fully remote basis.
In addition, it is essential for candidates to be a qualified Solicitor.
