The Role: As a Corporate Solicitor, you will:

• Advise clients on M&A Transactions, JV, PE, and Corporate Restructuring.
• Draft and negotiate key corporate / commercial documents and agreements.
• Work closely with x2 partners on high-profile matters.
• Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience handling M&A and other corporate transactions.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop within a supportive team.

My client, a well respected Legal 500 law firm seeks to appoint an impeccably credentialed and talented Corporate Solicitor (3-5 years PQE). The prospect will join to lead on transactions and to grow into their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of quality and complex corporate matters for an impressive client base. Progression is laid out and support is well structured all the way to Partner.

The successful Associate will join and progress to become a Senior Associate within the first 12-18 months. Your own client base will be formed around you.

Competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Package.
