We’re now looking for a Contracts & Legal Administrator to join our high-performing Legal Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have sharp organisational instincts, and enjoy supporting teams with precision and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Legal Department, you’ll provide first-class administrative and coordination support across both contractual and corporate legal activities.

Your responsibilities will include:
Contract Administration
  • Maintaining and updating digital and physical client contract files
  • Tracking contract progress and assisting with negotiation workflows
  • Preparing execution reports and managing contract signature processes
  • Ensuring visibility of signed agreements across relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring the Legal inbox, responding to basic queries and triaging matters
  • Using and maintaining Paragon’s contract management system
  • Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for account and sales teams
  • Reviewing legal briefing forms and coordinating final submissions
  • Drafting and reviewing NDAs for clients and suppliers
  • Supporting legal counsel, trainee solicitors and paralegals
  • Developing and implementing improved contract management procedures
Corporate Legal Administration
  • Maintaining key corporate records, databases and organisational charts
  • Managing director documentation, including IDs and proofs of address
  • Coordinating signature processes for corporate documentation
  • Organising notary arrangements and document preparation
  • Supporting UBO and KYC requests with accurate and timely information
  • Assisting the Finance team with bank account opening requirements
What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with SharePoint (advantageous)

This is a hybrid role based in our Moorgate location 1-3 days per week
