Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Cheshire
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cheshire is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its experienced and supportive team. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that offers both high-quality work and an exceptional working environment.
The Role:
As part of a specialist clinical negligence team, you will manage your own caseload of claimant matters, ranging from moderate to high value, and assist senior solicitors with complex, multi-track claims. The firm handles a wide range of cases including delayed diagnosis, surgical error, mismanagement of treatment, and fatal claims.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 2-6 years PQE)
- Solid experience in claimant clinical negligence
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Motivated, with the ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively
