• Play a key role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
• Contribute to the team’s business development activities, identifying growth opportunities and expanding the WTEP offering.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years PQE in private client law, with in‑depth experience in WTEP matters.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• STEP‑qualified or actively working towards this accreditation (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent client management skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
