A leading UK provider of engineered solutions is seeking a skilled commercial lawyer to join their in-house counsel team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in commercial law, contract drafting, and compliance, with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. We are seeking a skilled commercial lawyer to join our in‑house counsel team. This position requires a robust background in commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation and compliance. We are looking for a confident lawyer who can work independently and advise on a wide variety of commercial and compliance matters. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and will be adept at handling complex legal issues with a high degree of commerciality.
You will have 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience either in‑house or in private practice in the UK.
