Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to manage a varied caseload, with a strong focus on property disputes. The ideal candidate will be confident in client interaction, technically proficient, and proactive in supporting business development.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of litigation matters, with emphasis on property disputes
Advise individuals, landlords, tenants, and developers on contentious property issues
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence accurately
Conduct legal research and stay informed on relevant legislation and case law
Prepare cases for hearings, mediation, and dispute resolution
Attend court and liaise with counsel where necessary
Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations throughout
Collaborate with other legal teams to provide cohesive client service
Ensure compliance with deadlines, billing, and case management systems
Contribute to business development and attend networking events
Candidate Profile
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in litigation
Solid knowledge of civil procedure and property law
Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to manage a busy workload with attention to detail
Client-focused, organised, and commercially aware
Comfortable using case management systems and IT tools
