We're looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the day shift, 4 on 4 off, 1800-0600, for our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at the production facility, you'll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation.
- Handling and putting away palletised goods
- Stacking and handling pallets onto trailers
- Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways to improve
- Putting pallets into the line feeder for production
- A track record of operating an FLT truck
- A focus on health and safety
- Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial
- Counterbalance license B1
- Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience
- Preferred but not essential experience with double handling; training will be given
- Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking; training will be given
Salary up to £12.97 per hour with a 1.25% increase for any overtime. Benefits include 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), the option to buy additional days, access to high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and other perks.
