We are looking for approximately 3 full‑time Paralegals to join our expanding Interventions Team. Our Interventions Team holds national contracts to deliver intervention services for the three major legal regulators in England and Wales:
These regulators intervene into law firms or individual practitioners where statutory grounds exist, and when they do, Stephensons is appointed to act as the Intervention Agent. As a Paralegal in the team, you will support and assist with all stages of the intervention process. This is an exceptionally unique area of practice where no two days are the same. You will gain experience across multiple areas of law, including conveyancing, crime, family, PI, wills and probate, commercial matters and more.
