We're currently working with a well-regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with around 3+ years' PQE to take ownership of a broad private client caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The role is ideal for someone who values quality client care and wants to play an active part in developing the department.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate planning matters from start to finish.
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring compliance with AML regulations, risk assessments, and internal financial policies.
  • Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives alongside the wider team.
Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in private client work.
  • Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and related areas.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing their own caseload independently.
