This role will provide dedicated trade mark paralegal support to GSK's trade mark portfolios. You will be responsible for a full range of trade mark activities including searching and clearance, analysis of watch notices, filing and prosecution of applications, oppositions, conflict management and due diligence. You will work closely with trade mark lawyers, paralegals and external counsel to protect and manage brands across multiple jurisdictions.
