Job summary

A leading law firm in Leeds is seeking a motivated Solicitor/Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Claimant Clinical Negligence. The role involves managing clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement and training junior staff members. Ideal candidates will possess an excellent understanding of CPR Rules and feel comfortable working to targets and KPIs. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Clinical Negligence department.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes.
  • Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement.
  • Provide training to junior staff members in handling clinical negligence claims.
  • Work with marketing to expand the department.
