Qualifications

A nationally recognised Legal 500 firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly regarded commercial property team. This role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of high-quality real estate matters, working with an impressive client base including developers, investors, landlords, and major corporates. You will manage your own caseload of varied property work, support senior fee earners on complex transactions, and contribute to client relationships and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development
• Advise on landlord and tenant issues, real estate finance and property investment matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, contracts, option agreements and development documentation
• Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value real estate transactions
• Maintain strong client relationships, delivering clear, commercial and practical advice
• Engage in knowledge sharing, team support and wider business development activities

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property law
• Experience managing a mixed caseload of commercial real estate matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially focused approach with excellent client handling abilities
• Organised, proactive and collaborative team player
