A West London law firm is looking for a senior litigation solicitor to work out of their office located a 15‑minute walk from Boston Manor Underground Station.

Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role.

The firm would like to speak to highly skilled and commercially driven Senior Solicitors who can lead legal strategy and delivery on high-volume financial mis-selling claims, with a specific focus on upcoming car finance mis-selling litigation. The role involves managing multi-claimant actions from pre‑litigation review through to resolution, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong claimant engagement, and successful litigation outcomes.

The firm is looking for someone who :

• Is a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 7 years' PQE.
• Has significant experience in financial mis-selling litigation (e.g. PPI, payday loans, packaged bank accounts, or motor finance)
• Understands consumer finance law and regulatory compliance (SRA and FCA)
• Brings strong drafting, litigation, and leadership skills
• Is comfortable working in a paperless system.

The role will be full‑time, permanent and salary will be 75k to 100k depending on experience plus bonus and equity options.
