Solicitor - Commercial Property Lawyer - Devon - 3+ Years PQE

Location: Devon

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000

A respected regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding Commercial Department in Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a non-litigious team focused purely on transactional and commercial property matters, with flexibility for hybrid working and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • General commercial property transactions
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Supporting clients with a broad range of commercial property needs
  • Building strong client relationships through clear communication and prompt service
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver high-quality outcomes
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence in managing files independently
  • Enthusiasm, hard work, and a proactive team-player mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
