• 3+ years’ experience in corporate/transactional law post qualification.
• Experience negotiating pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, engagement letters).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and assist in training.
