  • Produce monthly dashboards measuring socials & web performance and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Identify and coordinate non-IGS placement opportunities and outreach.
Events & presence

  • Coordinate booth logistics and vendor relationships; brief external suppliers and outsource large-scale logistics where required.
  • Liaise with PR leads for IGS 4-yearly and regional conferences to add value via IGS channels.
  • Capture leads/metrics at events for timely follow-up.
Product & campaign marketing
  • Plan and execute campaigns for the Geosynthetics Handbook, professional development courses, and the Geosynthetics Sustainability Calculator.
  • Run membership recruitment campaigns promoting benefits to non-members and support conversion tracking and reporting.
  • Write and distribute press releases in line with product launches.
Brand stewardship & design
  • Ensure consistent application of the IGS brand across all outputs.
  • Produce or coordinate new brand collateral and brief/manage external designers for complex work; perform occasional document/layout design.
Member communications
  • Deliver or coordinate the delivery of member communications on a weekly basis, including blogs, newsletters, announcements, targeted campaigns.
