Our client is seeking a Construction Planner to join their team based in West Malling, Kent. This role will support the Construction Department and collaborate closely with internal departments such as Development, Technical, Finance, and Commercial. The position will involve contributing to all phases of one or more construction projects, offering key planning and logistical input.

- Proficiency in IT software including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Asta Powerproject

- Prior experience in construction planning, preferably within the residential sector
- Experience with forecasting and delivering against planned targets
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- A self-motivated and driven individual
- Preferably holds a BTEC, HND, NVQ, or degree in a built environment field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of a unified planning system
- Prepare and revise construction and preconstruction programmes
- Assist in producing construction logistics plans, visual time slices, and tender presentations
- Contribute to the creation of 3D models and Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs)
- Maintain and update project progress schedules and reports
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and distribution of current project documentation
- Collect feedback from sites to improve future programme accuracy
- Conduct regular site visits to validate progress and enhance understanding of construction methods
