We are working with a fast-growing digital agency that’s looking for a highly skilled SEO Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a real passion for technical SEO, performance optimisation, and team development.

The Role

You’ll be leading SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll have ownership of technical SEO audits, keyword analysis, performance tracking, and will be expected to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of SEO strategies.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and other key metrics; report on ROI and growth.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and account teams.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Keep up to date with SEO best practices and search engine algorithm changes.
• GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
• CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, JAMstack

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and delivering results
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Adaptable, self-driven, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
